Region Two's Early Childhood Education (ECE) students recently attended a full-day seminar that provided them with the opportunity to hear from ECE teachers all over Aroostook County. These future educators also got to hear from school administrators including principals and special education directors. Participating in this event provided Region Two students with a day full of learning about what it means to be a dedicated teacher. The passion in the room was amazing to witness! After this seminar students are planning to participate in online modules and earn 3 college credits from UMPI for a future teacher degree!
I had come across n58 a few times before, but only recently did I have the time to click through and take a closer look. I mainly focused on the layout and how the various pieces of information are positioned on the page. The overall design is quite open, making it easy to identify different sections at a glance, and navigation between areas is responsive. It’s intuitive enough that even a first-time user wouldn’t need much time to get the hang of it.

The content is presented neatly and is easy to follow; the menu bar is placed in a highly visible spot, which makes switching between sections quick and efficient. When accessed via mobile, the site remains stable and functions smoothly.
