Notice is hereby given that the Cooperative Board will hold a Special Board Meeting on
Monday, August 31, 2026, at 6:00 pm.
This meeting will be held in person at 5 Bird Street, Houlton, Maine 04730 and will be

The special meeting has been called by Stephen Porter, Board Chair, for the purpose of
