Region Two “Student of the Year” Joshua Bickford   Joshua Bickford (center) received the Region Two CTE (Career and Technical Education) student of the year award from Congressman Michaud and Don Cannan at an awards ceremony in Lewiston on Saturday, April 30th. Josh was also a recipient of a $1,000.00 Scholarship.
