Kim Fox, RN
Health Science Instructor
Ms. Fox moved from her native state of Connecticut to Maine in 2000. She has raised her four children in the Houlton area. Ms. Fox has returned as instructor of the Health Science CNA training program after working in a skilled rehab/ long-term care facility since 2016. She worked for several years as a CNA in both acute care and long-term care settings while obtaining her nursing degree from the University of Maine. She began working as a registered nurse in the acute care setting. After obtaining her national wound care certification, she then worked full time in the wound specialty clinic at Houlton Regional Hospital. She has also worked as a case manager in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, providing support and education to individuals living with chronic illness. Ms. Fox is passionate about nursing and education and is extremely excited to share her passion with the next generation of health care professionals.
